FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING:
COLD WEATHER SHIPPINGEven though we are in the Spring season, we know there are still many locations which continue to experience below freezing temperatures, and we want to ensure your items arrive to you safely, with no damage in transit, and arrive intact without freezing!
Shipments within ON & QC will ship with GLS Parcel or Canada Post Xpresspost [3-day]
All shipments outside ON & QC will be shipped with Canada Post Xpresspost [3-day] to ensure they arrive in a timely manner without damage from cold. **We STRONGLY advise you to ensure your order is shipping to an address at which someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery.
*PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months, Canada Post Xpresspost is our standard shipping option, and affects time in transit, but does not affect Fulfillment Time. All orders still have a standard fulfillment window of 2-5 business days from order placement. The number of days you see displayed next to this option at Checkout are ESTIMATES ONLY, and do not account for the Fulfillment Time. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time/date.
During the winter months, we're unable to ship to PO Box addresses, we apologize for the inconvenience.
How long will my order take?
We try our very best to fulfill and ship orders quickly. Standard fulfillment time for all orders is 2-5 business days from order placement, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days in transit. Need your order faster? Special cases can be made in certain circumstances- please email us.
How is my order shipped and when will I know it has been shipped?You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be generated.
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost, and GLS Parcel. GLS Parcel is offered in ON & QC.
Shipping Speed | Transit Time
Time-in-transit is estimated by distance to the destination zip code from our Fulfillment Center in Toronto, ON. Generally Canada Post Ground (Expedited Parcel) carries a standard 3-5 business days in transit, depending on location.
*PLEASE NOTE: When selecting Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Canada Post Priority, the number of days in transit you see noted in the Checkout, are ESTIMATES ONLY of time in transit based on location. These services do not guarantee delivery in a certain timeframe or by a certain number of days in transit.
How much is shipping? | Shipping Costs
We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $100 to Ontario and Quebec. For all other orders, shipping cost is calculated by weight and distance from our Fulfillment Center location in Toronto, ON.
Local Pick-Up:
We now offer FREE Local-Pick Up at the location of our Canadian Business partner: Pantry Shelf.
Orders can be picked up: MONDAY - FRIDAY from 9:00am - 3:30pm.
Please look for office 112 with the Pantry Shelf sign. If you're having trouble finding the location, or need help with your Pick-Up Order, please call 905-677-7200.
Shipped to Incorrect Address:
The shipping address for orders are electronically and automatically copied to the Shipping label for your package as entered during the Checkout. No member of our team hand-enters shipping addresses.
Should you incorrectly enter your address during Checkout, please place a new order with the correct information, and notify us of the incorrectly-entered address. We will do our best to get the products from the incorrectly addressed order back to our facility. If we are successful, and those products are returned in good condition, refunds may be processed for the product cost only.
